Weekly Rate
	Week long Stays (six consectutive nights) $500.00 plus 7% Maine tax.

Weekend Rates
	If a full week has not been booked, we do have a weekend rate for $190.00 plus 7% Maine Sales Tax.

Before 30 days
	FOR reservations made 30 days or more before arrival date: we require a 50% deposit of the total reservation. If there are any discrepancies or changes you must contact us immediately. We only have the one cabin and would appreciate honestly and timeliness.

Payment
	Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. To confirm the availability of your arrival and departure dates, call or email us for verbal confirmation BEFORE placing your deposit with Paypal.

Within 30 Days
	FOR reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date we require full payment via PayPal when your reservation is confirmed with us. As we have only the one cabin right now, please be very conscious about your plans and dates.

Refunds
	REFUNDS: 60 days or more before arrival:75% refund, 30-59 days:50% refund. No refunds or rainchecks wil be issued within 30 days of your arrival date, regardless of circumstances. Deposit is made via Paypal and the balance can be check, cash or Paypal. You do not need an account with Paypal to use this service.
